Hotel Reservations and Policies:
To make your hotel reservations, please call (800) 468-2378 and identify yourself with the AAMC (booking code: AAMC0419) in order to receive the group rate. You can also book online by clicking here . To confirm your reservation, a credit card is required and a deposit equal to one night’s room charge must accompany your reservation request. Reservations must be made prior to March 4, 2019. After March 4, 2019, reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space available basis. The room block may fill before March 4, 2019 so we encourage you to make your reservations early.

Cancellation of any guaranteed room reservation must be received by the hotel by 4:00 pm on the day prior to arrival to recover your deposit. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company is not AAMC approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
